Tracy and Lorraine Ferinden founded Moose Ridge in a bold move to follow their dreams. Their team mentality is what has given Moose Ridge such a great reputation, and their enthusiasm to succeed is what sets them apart. Working with Tracy and Lorraine are three full-time employees and the best subcontractors in the region.

Tracy's extensive knowledge of carpentry, his innovative thinking, and the skills he has to build high quality log and timber frame homes are what have made his passion come to life. Tracy adds signature pieces to each one of their homes, whether it be a custom set of stairs or personalized country furniture. Lorraine brings special qualities to Moose Ridge and makes sure each and every client is a priority. When she is not interacting with realtors and future homeowners, Lorraine is designing bathroom, kitchen and lighting layouts or assisting Tracy with details on one of their custom-built homes.
